These terms govern use of the Dragonfly CPD website and learning platform, operated by Therapeutic Activities Group CIC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Dragonfly CPD provides continuing professional development content and tools for practitioners supporting children, young people and vulnerable adults. Materials are for professional learning and reflective practice. They do not replace your organisation's safeguarding procedures, statutory guidance, supervision, legal advice or professional judgement in an individual case.
Named individual accounts are for the sole use of the registered person and must not be shared. Organisation packages are licensed for a set number of named seats; deactivating a learner frees the seat only at renewal, not immediately, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Staff registration codes are provided to organisations to distribute internally and should not be published publicly.
Prices are as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase or as agreed in an organisation's written quote. Access is provided for the licence period purchased. Renewal terms and any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance of renewal wherever possible.
You agree not to: share login credentials, attempt to extract or resell module content, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with the platform's operation or security.
All module content, toolboxes, assessments and platform design are the property of Therapeutic Activities Group CIC unless otherwise stated, and are licensed for use during an active subscription, not sold.
The platform is provided "as is". While we take care to keep content accurate and current, we do not guarantee it is error-free or suitable for every organisational context, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of CPD content without professional judgement and organisational policy being applied. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Either party may end an account or organisation agreement in line with the notice period set out at purchase, or immediately in the case of a material breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
